The Role: The Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer is an integral member of the executive team and is responsible for all accounting, tax, financial, risk management, and support functions of the Company.
Responsibilities:
Education: BS/BA in accounting or finance. CPA and/or MBA required.
Experience: 15+ years of experience across accounting, reporting, planning and analysis, treasury, capital markets and investor relations. Commercial real estate background required, ideally with a REIT or other complex organization.
Reports To: President and Chief Investment Officer.
Working Hours: Normal working hours with an understanding that occasional work will be require work outside of business hours.

The Role: The Vice President Development & Indiana Market Officer role is responsible to lead the company’s efforts in the Indiana region. The Vice President is a broad minded, hands-on, self-motivated, leader capable of expanding on Ambrose’s business in a manner aligned with the Company’s vision, mission, goals, and culture. This role is dedicated to developing a long-term land control strategy, managing the land entitlement process, executing on speculative development projects, managing broker relationships, and positioning Ambrose as the leading logistics developer in the region.

Skills and Knowledge:
Education: BS degree in economics, finance, engineering, and / or real estate. Additional education including JD, MS, or MBA beneficial.
Experience: 10+ years in industrial, ecommerce, or logistics real estate. Experience leading fast moving teams. Regional or national developer or REIT background preferred.
Reports To: EVP or another senior executive as assigned.

The Role: The Vice President Legal role is responsible for leading and managing the Company’s legal efforts, including both managing outside law firms and performing hands on legal work. The Vice President is a broad minded, hands-on, self-motivated, leader capable of organizing the Company’s legal work, mitigating and communicating risks to Company executives, and managing legal spend across various outside law firms.

Skills and Knowledge:
Education: BS/BA in an applied field. Economics, finance, or real estate a plus. JD required.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of major law firm or internal counsel work at a commercial real estate firm.
Experience leading teams and negotiating complex legal transactions in a leadership role.
Work with regional developer and/or REITs preferred.
Reports To: President or another senior executive as assigned.

The Role: The Vice President Talent & Culture leads all people-based facets of the Company including recruiting, orientation, retention, performance management, training and development, compensation, benefits, policy and procedure, HRIS, and employee relations. Importantly, this role is all the key leader of Company culture initiatives. The role will require strong innovation and a strong desire to build systems and processes to create a best in class talent enterprise within Ambrose while working in direct collaboration with the leadership team.

Skills and Knowledge:
Education: BS/BA in an applied field. HR industry designation helpful but not required. Industrial or organizational psychology background helpful but not required.
Experience: Minimum 10 years as a generalist human resources professional. Experience with a talent-focused, talent-driven, fast paced, high-growth, entrepreneurial, enterprise preferred. Expertise in industrial and organizational psychology a plus.
Reports To: Executive as assigned.
