New construction of a 32-foot clear, 310,000 SF distribution center near Caterpillar’s Large Engine Plant. The building includes a 7,000 SF outboard office and training space.

The project was strategically developed and built to accommodate a 100,000 SF future warehouse expansion as CAT continues to grow its site operations.
