New construction of an 892,000 SF speculative turned build-to-suit modern bulk distribution center.

Originally started on a speculative basis, tenant specific requirements included a redesign all major building systems and site-work expansion to approximately 100 acres. The finished building includes 36-foot clear height, 242 dock positions, four drive-ins, and parking for more than 800 cars and 650 trailers, configured for future expansion.

Delivered on a fast-tracked schedule for completion by the 2017 holiday season, the project required close collaboration between Ambrose, UPS, the design and construction team and municipal stakeholders.
