As vice president of land development, Paul focuses on land development in the Midwest and the mountain states regions with initial emphasis on Indianapolis and Denver. Prior to Ambrose, he spent the last 18 years with Duke Realty in various development and leadership roles including as senior vice president of development services. Blaine attended Purdue University where he received a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.

Outside of Ambrose, Blaine enjoys traveling to new places with his wife and kids, biking, hiking, boating and playing drums in cover bands.
