As vice president of development operations, Craig leads the execution of Ambrose’s Midwest speculative development team, including due diligence, design and execution of building shell and tenant improvement work. Craig has 22 years of experience managing teams on the engineering and design side of real estate development and construction. Prior to joining Ambrose, Craig spent the first seven years of his career with American Structurepoint before accepting a position with TM Crowely & Associates, where he led the development and construction operations on numerous projects across the United States.

Craig holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Purdue University. Outside of Ambrose, he enjoys playing golf and tennis, spending time at his kids’ various sporting events and traveling with his wife, Brandy, and their children Carson, Cameron and Grace.
