As development manager, Dan focuses on front end land pursuits, due diligence, entitlements and site development within Ambrose’s national build-to-suit team. With 15 years of experience and a strong background in civil engineering across a variety of markets, Dan previously worked with American Structurepoint and Ruekert & Mielke, Inc.

Dan holds a Bachelor of Science in civil engineering from Purdue University.
