As development manager, Dan supports the development and execution of projects within Ambrose’s national build-to-suit team. Prior to Ambrose, Dan spent two years working as a civil engineer for The Kleingers Group, where he supported master planning, feasibility analysis and site design on industrial park projects.

Dan holds a Bachelor of Science in civil engineering from the University of Cincinnati and is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration from the University of Cincinnati, Lindner College of Business. Outside of work, Dan enjoys spending time with family and friends, waterskiing, stealing other people’s jokes and co-managing a portfolio of rental properties.
