As vice president of development, Florida market officer, Dave is responsible for Ambrose’s developments in Florida, including building the land pipeline, managing broker relationships and overseeing tenant pursuits and leasing activity. Prior to Ambrose, he spent 16 years at Duke Realty, where he last served as the vice president of leasing and development in South Florida.

When he is not at work, Dave dedicates the majority of his free time to his wife and raising their twin boys Eli and James. Having lived in South Florida for over 15 years, Dave also capitalizes on the great weather year-round by enjoying outdoor activities such as golf, fishing and boating.
