As development manager, Eric oversees the planning and execution of new development projects within Ambrose’s speculative development team in the southeast region of the country. He brings more than 20 years of industry experience, previously working at Simon Property Group, Browning Investments, Greenfield Builders and American Structurepoint prior to joining Ambrose.

Eric earned his Master of Business Administration from Notre Dame University and holds a Bachelor of Architecture and Bachelor of Science in environmental design from Ball State University. When not working, Eric enjoys fishing and spending time with his wife and two children.
