As senior development manager at Ambrose, Eric focuses on the pursuit and execution of land position strategies, park master planning and oversight of new development projects. A registered architect, Eric spent the first half of his career in a traditional architecture firm before transitioning to real estate development. Immediately prior to Ambrose, Eric provided master planning for industrial and office parks, site planning for speculative and build-to-suit projects and facilities design for office and industrial tenants at Duke Realty.

Eric earned his Master of Business Administration from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business and holds a Bachelor of Science in architectural studies from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Outside of work, Eric enjoys traveling with his family, golfing, hiking and fishing.
