As executive vice president of development, Grant is responsible for providing overall leadership to our development operations team, from land acquisition to construction to leasing and dispositions, as well as the company’s market expansion strategy. In 2021, the Ambrose development team started more than $1 billion in new, state-of-the-art speculative and build-to-suit projects nationally. Prior to Ambrose, Grant spent more than ten years at Pepper Construction, where he led company growth strategy for their Indiana office and was involved with projects ranging from small renovations to large new construction in excess of $200 million.
Grant holds a Master of Science in civil engineering from The University of Texas at Austin and Bachelor of Science in civil engineering from Purdue University. When not working, Grant enjoys spending time with his wife, Ashley, son, Max, and daughter, Reese, as well as competitive road cycling and golf.
