As development manager, Jim oversees the development and execution of projects within Ambrose’s national build-to-suit team. He has 23 years of experience in real estate construction and development, and his experience includes working with organizations such as Simon Property Group, Thompson-Thrift and CB Richard Ellis.

Jim holds a bachelor’s degree from the College of Architecture and Planning at Ball State University. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two girls, plus playing music and sports.
