As vice president of talent and culture, Julie spearheads talent recruitment efforts for Ambrose while also providing overall leadership to organizational culture, processes and strategic growth. With two decades of experience in talent recruitment and development, Julie previously worked at Chicago-based Paylocity and Mainstreet in Carmel, Indiana.

Julie holds a SHRM-CP certification and graduated from Indiana University with a Bachelor of Science from the School of Public and Environmental Affairs (SPEA) with a concentration in management. Outside of work, Julie enjoys spending time with her husband, Gary, watching their two teenagers play sports, exercising and traveling.
