As Administrative Assistant, Lauren is responsible for office management, providing administrative support and creating a welcoming environment for guests. With more than six years of front desk and office management experience, she previously worked as office manager and training director at The Flying Cupcake.

Lauren holds a Bachelor of Science in exercise science from Taylor University. Outside of work, she is a former competitive runner, an avid reader, mentors middle schoolers, enjoys hiking and visits national parks with her husband, Jacob.
