As vice president of development and market officer, Stephen focuses on supporting Ambrose’s speculative developments within Indiana and Ohio, including managing land inventory, broker relationships and tenant pursuits. Prior to Ambrose, Stephen spent seven years at Strategic Capital Partners, where he led the firm’s office leasing efforts and helped grow the company’s industrial business across the Midwest and Southeast as vice president of leasing.

Stephen holds a Bachelor of Science in business from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business and earned his Master of Business Administration from Butler University. Outside of work, Stephen prefers spending time with his wife, Olivia, and daughter, Lucy. He also enjoys golfing, running and relentlessly supporting Indiana University athletics.
